Kevin Graham Ford is Chief Catalyst for Leighton Ford Ministries.  He is the author of Transforming Church (David C. Cook, 2008).  A popular keynote speaker and facilitator, he is in high demand as churches from coast-to-coast and diverse denominations look to navigate a post-Christian, post-pandemic world.  Kevin’s expertise includes visioning, strategy, organizational change, talent engagement, and leadership development.  He received the 2002 National Leadership Award (awarded by a U.S. congressional committee) and he served as the Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council for Virginia that same year.  While Kevin has enjoyed a successful business career, his passion has always been for ministry and the local church.

Kevin’s leadership books include The Secret Sauce: Creating a Winning Culture (Palgrave – Macmillan, 2015) and The Leadership Triangle (Morgan James Publishing, 2013). In addition to his leadership with Leighton Ford Ministries, he also serves as the leader of two personal mentoring groups.
